This was my mom's order so I just took a small bite of the sausage and the egg. The sausage is nicely cooked with very little greasy aftertaste. I like fluffy scrambled eggs and this one did not disappoint.
My order is the Spanish Omelette which consisted of Ground Pork, Diced Potatoes, Carrots, Green Peas and Onions. And also served with Bread and Salad on the side.
I like the bread that came with the Omelette, its slightly crispy on the outside ...... tender and buttery on the inside. The eggs were ok, but the filling of minced pork were a bit of a distraction as it had a dry flakey texture.
Much like the Western Breakfast, this order also includes a choice of either Coffee, Orange Juice or Hot Cocoa. (I chose the Hot Cocoa)
Too much creme for me ...... I would have wanted a more chocolatey taste. (next time I might just request the server to put the creme in a separate dish)
